Bake Artisan & Decorative Breads – This module’s goal is to give students the skills they need to create a variety of artisan and decorative loaves of bread. They will get knowledge about artisan and decorative bread quality evaluation and improvement.
Learning Units:
1. Introduction to Advanced Level Breads
2. Using Quality Ingredients
3. Adjusting Recipes to Requirements
4. Preparing Advanced Bread Products
5. Decorating Bread Products
6. Applying Frozen Dough Technology
Recipes Include:
1. Trio Fruit Wholemeal Bread
2. Babka
3. Rye Pain de Campagne
4. Ciabatta
5. Sourdough Baguette
6. Brioche
Upon completion of the course, you will receive an SOA (Statement of Attainment) (e-Cert) in Baking. With this cert you can find more opportunities in Singapore Market.
If using SkillsFuture credit, students are not permitted to use points for exchange. Rules and Regulations will be based on the ATO’s guidelines
40 Years old and above – $304

WSQ Funding Eligibility
Fulfil at least 75% attendance for the training
Marked ‘Competent’ for the assessment to be eligible for funding.
