Prepare Agemono – The objective of this training module is to equip learners with the ability to understand ingredients, recipes and techniques used in Japanese Cuisine, in order to prepare and serve authentic Agemono. Prepare Agemono is a 3.5-day programme that consists of theory, hands-on practices, e-Learning and assessment. This programme allows you to gain knowledge and skill in preparing various types of Agemono dishes.

Prepare Agemono – The goal of this training module is to give students the knowledge and skills they need to prepare and serve authentic Agemono by teaching them the ingredients, methods, and techniques used in Japanese cuisine.

A 3.5-day curriculum called Prepare Agemono includes theory, practical exercises, online learning, and testing. And, With the help of this application, you can learn how to make a variety of Agemono dishes.

Upon completion of the course, you will receive an SOA (Statement of Attainment) (e-Cert) in Japanese Cuisine.  With this cert you can find more opportunities in Singapore Market

2. Prepare Ingredients for Agemono dishes
3. Prepare Agemono dishes
4. Procedure of plating and serving
5. Procedure of storing ingredients and finishing products
6. Reinstate work station

1. Prepare Tempura batter
2. prepare Tempura
3. Prepare Agedashi tofu
4. Prepare Karaage
5. Prepare Tori Katsu
6. Prepare Gyoza
7. Prepare Korokke

  1. For SMEs that meet all of the following criteria :Trainees must be Singaporeans or SPRs.
  2. Companies must be registered or incorporated in Singapore.
  3. Trainees must be fully sponsored by their employer for supportable cost components (such as course fees) incurred on the training course.
  4. Trainees must be full-time or permanent part-time employees of the sponsoring company, and continue to receive their salary when they attend training.
  5. Trainees must be hired in accordance with the Employment Act and fully sponsored by their employers for the course.
  6. Absentee payroll can be claimable after successfully completion of course.
